May 14, 2024, This is my second review, the first was before the problems started. I bought a 2024 Clubman, with an additional $8,090 worth of maintenance and service which wouldn't begin until the origi before the problems started. I bought a 2024 Clubman, with an additional $8,090 worth of maintenance and service which wouldn't begin until the original 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty expired, all while being told that I could cancel it at any time. The very next day, May 15, 2024, I called to cancel the $8,090 worth of add-ons, and sent in the appropriate cancellation paper in order to receive a full refund. Over the next 30 days, I (or my husband) spoke and/or emailed with Kevin, Mike, Tess and Jonah (Jonah about every other day)Nothing but excuses as to why no money had been returned to me. May 30, I received a check for $3,091.00, well that's a start! 31 days after the purchase, on June 16,2024 I protested the balance of $4999.99 with my credit card provider. Finally four days and another phone call later on June 20 I received a refund of the full amount from Century BMW/Mini . Well that was a hassle. I hope my service appointments go better than this. More

After a few weeks, he followed up to inquire if I had found a vehicle. Unfortunately, I had not found the exact car I was looking for. The customer service was outstanding. For several days, Joshua searched for the features that I desired in a BMW. He presented me with some options, but they did not meet my requirements. He did not pressure me and continued to search. Eventually, I found the BMW I wanted but was at a different location. Joshua Lewis truly exemplified the qualities of a great salesperson. His professionalism was exceptional. If you're in the market for a car at BMW Mini in Greenville, SC, I highly recommend asking for Joshua Lewis. Thank you, Mr. Lewis, for all the effort you put in for me. More
