I believe I received a very fair deal on a much nicer truck I was originally investigating with no pressure. I purchased a new 2018 F-150 King Ranch which was still leftover from the the previous year. I never dreamed that I would ever own such a great truck. We were introduced to a Sales Associate (Alex Simmons) who was truly pleasant to work with and easy to talk to. He was very informative and answered all our questions with clarity and sincerity without any resort to typical salesman pressure or manipulation. He was also very patient with our request to test drive the trucks that we liked and he didn’t steer us in any particular direction just to sell a specific truck. After test driving a F150 Lariat, we quickly realized that we finally found the vehicle that we would be happy to purchase. We negotiated on a final price with a Sales Manager and then, worked with a Sales Specialist to finalize our purchase. They both were equally helpful and pleasant to work with as well. More

The hiccup was that they were so busy I would have had to wait over a week to have the problem fixed. I know it’s the holidays but if you’re SO busy you have to turn away a $1500+ piece of business, you should hire more technicians. More
