I had pleasant and smooth experience I coordinated everything over the phone and via email. I requested and received additional pictures and information on a 2013 Toyota Venza in a timely manner. I negotiated a deal via email in the same morning. I drove 2+ hours after my work to find the vehicle ready for inspection and test drive at the dealership. My friend and I did a 30 minute visual inspection and a 30 minute test drive. Took about 45 minutes to do the paperwork; 20 minutes of it was to get insurance from my provider. I am happy with the vehicle and the price I got for it. Other than how far I had to drive to get to the dealership, everything was great. More
i went in for an explorer and came home with a Gem!! So drove down on my day off to "test" drive it to see if i liked the feel of it... being a lady i need to touch feel and fall in love with my vehicle.. I got down to the dealership opened the door and was greeted promptly by a gentleman named Sam Errington.. He was friendly and helpful right from the start. The black one i was looking for was actually not there yet because it was a demo.. BUT... i saw a white one that i thought i liked.. then looked over to my left as Karen asked me to do and saw a Copper colored one cinnamon glaze actually by fords colors and OH my gosh!! we took it for a drive went to lunch with it and went thru my personal checklist of all the bells and whistles that i needed. my sales guy Sam kept track and as i was looking at all the different models and colors just so i could make sure there wasnt one i was missing. The one i was driving had Everyhting fully loaded a beautiful unique color and I fell in love with it! THEY ALL were patient with me while i took my time looking didnt rush me or make feel at all like i was being pressured to buy anything. I went to lunch with it came back and decided yes i want this car. found out some disheartening news about my trade in when we got back but they worked around it got me to where i wanted to be price wise and really made me feel like i was a friend and not just a sale. I cant praise all of them enough at this dealership. I LOVE MY NEW EXPLORER and sometimes you get the buyers remorse the next day but NOT this girl! Thanks for making me happy again with a vehicle that I wanted and am happy to drive everyday! More

Fantastic buying experience!! We have bought several vehicles from them now! This was by far the best experience yet! We went in to help my daughter but her first new car. They had the car waiting by the front when we pulled up for the rest drive. There was no pressure, no slick talking, and no hovering. They explained everything to her and helped her choose the best options for her vehicle and financing! We were in and out with a new car and happy first time car buyer in under 90 minutes!! Worthless warranty programs from FORD Please DO NOT purchase any extended service plans or quality care plans. NOTHING will be covered as defined in the policies. Century Ford was unable to even complete an oil change in a reasonable time. It takes making appoints weeks in advance and then waiting in the customer waiting area for up to 3 hours FOR A 30 MINUTE oil change. Ridiculous. And then after providing customer service that was a deterrent to visiting their company again, then the pro-rata clock is on. Your policy declines in cash value quickly. You stop going to the dealer because they are slow in support. When you speak with the company representative, the conversation is circular in nature. He tried to beat me down to agree that they are actually a good company that has made improvements in service delivery - which I stopped using them because they were so time consuming. Again, DO NOT purchase the extended service plan or quality care. I paid $2,235 for the extended warranty plan and $1,940 for the quality care plan could not get my key fob replaced as insured in the policy replaced. I was told by another Ford Dealership that only a manufacturing defect was covered - despite the Ford Product Care support team saying that this is completely false. I was then told that they would not submit the replacement request because the non-Century dealership would have to pay for the replacement. AGAIN, I was told at Century when I bought the policy that I could go to any U.S. location and the policies were honored. AGAIN, lies and deception to get customers to buy expensive and worthless policies. Please do yourself a favor and save your money. I would also recommend that you not go to Century Ford for any reason. Dishonest practices. More
