Century BMW is a fine and premier dealership, professional management, coordination, seasoned and experienced staff. They have great relations with other dealers and the manufacturing sites too. Victoria Gerry (our sales agent) patiently and thoroughly got us well acquainted BMW cars - since we are new to this Make and our previous car was a Lexus RX. In fact, we were so much in love with our Lexus, their reliability, quality and safety that we really did not want to shift from that comfort zone for our next car.. but Victoria effectively addressed our curiosity, doubts and aspirations and rendered an apt image of BMW's practical qualities, capabilities and recent innovations in features, reliability, pioneering safety, and ambitious technology. The many visits, interactions, paperwork were all very professional and seamless and overall they gave us a quality fun experience exploring and buying our next vehicle. It makes a lot of difference as opposed to worrying about whether you are getting the correct features, deal and pricing - to work with a dealer and sales agent that can use their resources to understand your needs and surpass your expectations with the car capabilities and worth. Btw, the 2023 BMW 330e is a fantastic sedan, and beats all of its competitors in terms of features, comfort, quality of interiors, performance and handling. We were very content and look forward to future interactions and purchases with Century BMW. More
