Mr. Juice – I would like to apologize for the bad experience you had at our dealership. I would like to add a few comments to your review. We did send a check to your house via FedEx for the replacement tire but the check was never cashed. We followed up with a phone call and issued another check ASAP. I admit, our business manager made a mistake by enrolling you in the wrong insurance policy but we corrected our mistake and got an exception to get you the coverage you needed. The last thing we want is a customer to have a bad experience at Century BMW. So, once again I apologize for making this mistake. Thank you your feedback and I hope this helps.
