Made 5 calls to Service and was promised return call. It has now been 5 days and still no return call from dealership. I gave up and called Bradshaw Acura and they answered my BMW question and directed me t has now been 5 days and still no return call from dealership. Going outside of the region, to Atlanta, appears to be my only choice for BMW service. This will color my opinion when selecting my next new automobile. More

You want a side of attitude to go with your new car? **DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU'RE OUT OF STATE** I was mislead by Ashlyn Ray that the vehicle I was inquiring about was in great condition with only a scra **DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU'RE OUT OF STATE** I was mislead by Ashlyn Ray that the vehicle I was inquiring about was in great condition with only a scratch so minor on the passenger door that the camera could not capture it. I stressed to her that any imperfections seen and pointed out in separate photos would be much appreciated. It was like pulling teeth to get them and when I did they were practically useless but being as the car was described in great condition with only 13k miles my wife and I took the 2.5 hour drive to find a car that had scratches all over, 3 dents in the front bumper and a half inch crack in the infotainment screen. This place is a total joke. I'm a previous Sonic automotive customer and i've NEVER received such terrible treatment. Heck I had a "VIP" appointment and when I got in no one even had a clue who I was or that I needed to be seen so we stood around until Kevin from Mini Cooper next door came to help us. Kevin was absolutely amazing but Ashyln (wasn't even present that day knowing that we had an appointment for Saturday) did nothing but waste our time and the sales manager went the extra mile to make excuses on her behalf. Lost my ish and walked away. Do yourself a favor and avoid this trifling place unless you like being lied to. Don't bother replying either with your superficial responses unless you can give us our time back. More

I scheduled my appointment to have the front brakes serviced. After the repair, Izzy, the service advisor, explained what was going on with the brakes. The service department took care of it at no charge to me. I literally couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. More
