In November I visited this dealership to buy my dream car. I met with a salesperson who would give me their time. Most were too busy to talk. This would be my sixth BMW, so I knew exactly what I wanted a car. I met with a salesperson who would give me their time. Most were too busy to talk. This would be my sixth BMW, so I knew exactly what I wanted and did not need a great deal of time, just someone to treat me with respect and help me order the vehicle. This would also be my second vehicle purchase from this dealer. I met with a wonderful lady who I felt could help me complete the purchase. We talked about what I wanted and agreed on a price. However, when I told her that I was eligible for BMW’s Military Salute discount. My experience completely changed. This discount specifically recommends that you negotiate your best deal and then notify the dealer about the added Military Salute discount as an additional savings. Instead of feeling valued as a veteran, I felt that I was no longer valued as a customer and that the salesperson and dealership no longer wanted to honor my vehicle order and did everything they could to back track on the sale of the vehicle to me including saying that added costs features were necessary on my build, to reducing my discount and to not allowing the use of BMW financial services financing. In the end, I did buy the vehicle. I allowed them to sell me add-ons. They reduced my discount, but not to the level they would have liked. Even though fully qualified, and after having had me apply for and be approved for BMW financing, they would not allow me to use that financing and choose an out side bank at a higher interest rate for me to use. I suspect they receive a kick back from the bank versus BMW financing. As I said, in the end, I did buy the vehicle and allowed them to do these things, however, the experience was not positive and the excitement of the dream purchase was taken away. I love the BMW product, but not the dealership experience. More
Even during construction and customer overflow, Justin Peeler did a great job. Got me in my 530i. By the way, I got the only 5 series on the lot.
