Purchased a used 530i in May 2023. There was a hail storm in area that did cause a few dents that the dealership did correct. Thank you for being up front. Bugs still in grill, front windshield dirty. During test drive ac was not up to snuff not blowing cold air. Salesmen said he would have it looked it. Was brushed under the rug at pick up. Just pumped system full of Freon. Needed a new condenser. Again, I understand as is purchase. Should have been upfront about the issue. During purchase, agreed to a trade price and then last minute threw down the oh yeah. Will will give you more for trade but wanted another 1000. Just playing the numbers game on a guy who manages multimillion dollar p&l for a living. Also charged the dealer fee when told price included this. Car otherwise has been fine, fixed ac. Car has been fine thus far. Enjoying the car so far, as usual the dealership scams not so much. More

Quick outstanding service. Helpful friendly staff as always. I dropped my car off to have curb rash removed off a rim.
