This dealership was by far the friendliest and best priced. Our salesman, Mike Reed and the other staff, were exceptionally nice. However, it's been a week today and I still don't have my car. Don't know what's up with their "service after the sale" manners but I'm getting frustrated. This car had just came in a couple days before I bought it and I understand it had to finish going thru CPO, get a good clean and detail job before it was actually ready for delivery.....but come on guys. I will however buy here again, but hope for better service next time. This dealership was 10-folds friendlier than Roadshow in Memphis. My overall experience is slowly declining but was top notch on "buying" day. Let's just hope when I do FINALLY get my car, it looks brand new! Proud owner of a 2008 750Li, Allison Black More

I purchased a 2008 BMW 528i from Century BMW. From the begining of the transaction, Shawn Collier (Used Car Sales Manager) went out of his way to ensure that my purchase experience was exemplary (unlike m begining of the transaction, Shawn Collier (Used Car Sales Manager) went out of his way to ensure that my purchase experience was exemplary (unlike my experience with several Infiniti dealers). Shawn was always very prompt in answering all of my questions (either in email or via phone) adn was very helpful in making the decision on what vehicle to purchase and understanding all of the many differences between the many varitions of BMW models and options that BMW offers. The price that Shawn offered me for both my new vehicle as well as my trade far surpassed what I was being offered at several other BMW dealerships and was even nice enough to help out with the installtion of some aftermarket items I wanted on the vehicle (even though he did not have to) after my purchase. I would highly recommend Century BMW and Shawn Collier if you are in the market for a used BMW, or even a new one. Having purchased many vehicles in the past, I found my experience with Century to be the best I have ever had and plan to be a life long customer. More
Check their service work! New to Huntsville, I had all 4 tires on my BMW changed here. When I took it back in 6 months with bald tires, (which they told me 17K on tires was good/normal despite the fact I go tires on my BMW changed here. When I took it back in 6 months with bald tires, (which they told me 17K on tires was good/normal despite the fact I got 39K on my last set.) I replaced the tires but asked for alignment paperwork...my paperwork showed CLEARLY and in RED OUT of alignment specs. When I asked to see my previous specs from my file when they replaced them before AGAIN the paperwork showed RED and out of alignment specs. I called the Service Manager and the GM...Neither have returned any calls. More
Well, with high hopes I drove 140 miles to get them to look at my 330i zhp that has bad clutch/drivetrain viberations. After waiting 2 hours and then them maybe looking at my car 10 minutes they tell me look at my 330i zhp that has bad clutch/drivetrain viberations. After waiting 2 hours and then them maybe looking at my car 10 minutes they tell me it is all normal for an "M" series car, funny thing is I don't have an "M" series car. $42,000 cars are not suppose to have enigines that sounds like they are out of an 60's model chevy, and are not suppose to have horrible drivetrain viberations. I don't know why BMW is refusing to fix my car but, I am just about sick of them. More
