The salesman walked up to us like we didn't belong in the lot, then without asking, proceeded to show us a DEMO MODEL, then took us to the 3xx series after I told him I wanted a bigger car, and interested in a 535i. To be fair...I walk around in a TSHIRT and JEANs...didn't know I needed a TUX to go car shopping. I assume that the salesman (I have more choice adjectives, but will refrain) thought we couldn't afford the car, and his attitude and DISRESPECT reflected that he didn't feel we belonged in the lot. That is FINE...there is more than one BMW dealer, and if I have to travel 2000 miles to avoid pretentious snobs like this, then I most certainly will. I wouldn't do business with this dealership if they gave me a 7xx series for the cost of a 5xx series. More

It's a pleasure dealing with Chris Engels in their parts department. He's knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and very professional. At times he does does some investigating for me to make sure I get the right part, and eliminates complications to make sure I'm not ordering the wrong part and having to wait extra time. It's people like Chris that'll keep me coming back to Century BMW and I'll always buy my parts there. More

Rick is helpful, courteous, and has consistently taken great care of us during these five years. No problem is too big or too small - he is always the same friendly, caring person who wants to solve our problem as quickly as possible. Rick, in addition to providing prompt service, provides us with accurate quotes for work to be completed which eliminates surprises at pick up. Rick will also call while the car is in service providing updates on work and expected time of pick up - but also providing information if other issues have been found that need addressed. He provides a quote and discusses the issues in great detail so there is a clear understanding before we make decisions on additional service items. Rick also does his very best to meet our schedule for a loaner car each and every time we have our car serviced. After each and every service call we hear from Rick thanking us for coming in and letting us know to call on him if we need anything. Buying a car is simple - maintenance/service "after the sale" is crucial. It is that relationship with Rick Waugh in the service department and the trust and confidence we place in him time after time - year after year - that will bring us back to Century BMW again and again for years to come. I've bought quite a few cars in my 60 years but I have never found a sales staff so eager to help me. From test drives in new cars to helping me trade in a car I owned for only 10 days, they stayed late into the evening and worked really hard to make my dream car a reality. I bought one car knowing it wasn't exactly what I wanted even though it was still a great car. When the loaner I was given a week later convinced me I made a mistake, Anne Marie and David went to work to find a way to get me into the car that my heart was set on. Sure, they probably made a little money on the first sale, as well they should. After all, it was my error. In the end, I got MY car at a price I was comfortable paying because these great people were willing to do the extra work to make it happen. And I got several new friends to boot! More
I am writing to let you know that the mileage on a car I purchased off your lot on Jan. 3, 2010, was grossly misrepresented. I paid $25,000 ($5,000 down, $20,000 financed) for a vehicle (VIN number and o purchased off your lot on Jan. 3, 2010, was grossly misrepresented. I paid $25,000 ($5,000 down, $20,000 financed) for a vehicle (VIN number and other paperwork is enclosed) that your salesman assured me had been driven only 2000 miles. However, when I took it to my mechanic he discovered that the odometer had been "rolled back" and the true mileage was closer to 20,000. Regardless of how this occurred, your dealership should be held accountable for the repercussions of this misstatement, and you will notice that I have sent copies of this letter to the state Office of Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General's Office as well as the U.S. Department of Justice and the National Automobile Dealers Association. I no longer want the car. Please immediately refund the $5,000 I paid for the car, plus the $90 I paid my mechanic, within two weeks. I will return the car at that time. More
