When I was undecided on whether to buy a BMW X-5 or Mercedes GLE, she sold me on how great the X-5 is and how it meets my needs. She made my car buying experience a Great one! After purchasing my vehicle, Century hosted an Encore event for new owners to answer any questions they may have about their new vehicle or to show owners how certain features on their vehicle work. For example, owners can attend BMW Encore events where they learn about the features of their vehicles. Owners can also directly contact or schedule appointments with technology experts called BMW Geniuses. Finally, the staff members are passionate about their products! Some members have been working for Century BMW for decades! They make you feel important without being pushy or overbearing. I am thoroughly impressed. More
