Oren Biggers, Pre-Owned Sales Manager, calmly and professionally shared with me BMW's current financing and rebate options and offered to have my Lexus appraised then and there. Century BMW surpassed Carmax's offer on my Lexus by nearly 1K. David McGhee, Finance Officer, processed my BMW credit application within minutes and offered his professional advice re term of the loan as well as the add on's, i.e. extended warranty, gap coverage, etc. I was introduced to the Service Manager, Cornelius Hurt, and given a quick tour of the bay. It was Friday night and after closing time before we all left. Not once was I made to feel anyone of these folks were being held late because of me. Professionalism at its finest!
