Bradley the internet sales manager and Manette the sales person worked with us professionally, taking us around the car thoroughly and around the dealership to include service and parts as well. This was appreciated, but we were also impressed by the number of other on-floor staff who were not likely to share in commission or sales credit, who stopped by to ask if we needed anything and to express how much they appreciated our business. Even the President (Tracy Jones) stopped by to thank us personally. I would buy another car from Century BMW. More

Great Car Shopping Experience Our salesperson Carol is exactly what I would expect a sales professional to be. While test driving new vehicles at other dealerships I had the impre Our salesperson Carol is exactly what I would expect a sales professional to be. While test driving new vehicles at other dealerships I had the impression that they were simply along for the ride. They didn't appear have much knowledge about the vehicle's features or capabilities. Carol demonstrated the car's handling and braking capabilities to us, stepped me through the car's features, and explained the differences between the 3 and 5 Series lines. I was only slightly familiar with the BMW line so Carol's knowledge and enthusiasm about BMW really helped sell us on the vehicle we ultimately purchased. Although I was interested in a certified pre-owned vehicle my wife and I didn't feel treated any different than a buyer of a higher priced, new model. When the process switched from test driving to making a purchase the great experienced continued with Carol and David (Bus Mgr) explaining the financing options, terms and conditions, and warranty. We wrapped up a deal in short order and obtained very competitive financing through BMW making the whole transaction seamless. I especially enjoyed the overview of the car's electronic features demonstrated by one of their "geniuses" Paxton. Between the Nav, Bluetooth, music options, and other vehicle electronic it would have been overwhelming to figure it out myself. Paxton's patience stepping me through all of the features was most appreciated. It's reassuring to know that they offer a refresher if I need it and probably will! Overall it was a great car buying experience. I highly recommend the Century Automotive team especially Carol, David, and Paxton. More
