Exceptional Customer Sevice I first contacted Mr. Tucker over the phone in January 2017 to ask a few questions about a possible purchase of my first BMW. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and helped me along the way. We scheduled an appointment about 3-4 days out and he provided a number to communicate through text if needed and as I asked my 3-4 dozen questions till our appointment, he was very polite and informative throughout. Upon arrival, Mr. Tucker greeted my family and myself and showed us all aspects of owning a BMW and took us on a test drive. He was exceptional throughout this whole process as well. At that time, we ended up purchasing Two 2017 X3's. About 4 weeks later, we had a flat tire on one of the X3's run flats on a Saturday. The service department was closed, I called Mr. Tucker and he immediately took care of us with no hesitation or questions asked. Fast forward into May 2017 and I called Mr. Tucker up on a Wednesday afternoon, and wouldn't ya know the next day I walked in a purchased a 528 from him. We have only purchased Chevrolet's and one Toyota until Bennett, and now we own all BMW's. I believe we have created a long partnership with Mr. Tucker and Century BMW as all the staff is wonderful with our 8 year old daughter and makes us feel as if we are only visiting a friend or family members house and just hanging out.
