Excellent - Highly Recommend Century Automotive I'm loyal to BMW as the safety and quality of vehicles is excellent and have driven only BMW's for the past 12 years....went from a Z4 convertible to I'm loyal to BMW as the safety and quality of vehicles is excellent and have driven only BMW's for the past 12 years....went from a Z4 convertible to a 3 series sedan, and most recently bought the i3 Hybrid, which I absolutely love. I've dealt with several dealerships in the past and, hands down, Century Automotive has by far exceeded the others in every aspect from buying my car to the financing to the service/routine maintenance. Ann Marie Lang, Sales Associate, has been my go-to-person for car buying. She is the best....she's knowledgeable, direct, professional, and simply cares. I've found with Ann Marie that not only did I have an excellent, stress-free, car buying experience twice, but that she has maintained an ongoing relationship with me even "after the sale" and is there to help me with any issues/questions that I've had throughout the years. When meeting the Sales Manager, William Wilford, he was friendly and accommodating. Cornealius Hurt, Service Technician, is knowledgeable, professional, and quick to process me in and out when I've brought my car in for service. Paxton Watkins did a great job with showing me all the features and how to operate my new car. During my most recent vehicle purchase, April 2018, I met David McGehee, Business Manager, who provided excellent assistance in handling the financing side of my purchase. I've used BMW Finance in the past and the interest rates were competitive. I also found that the customer service was much more professional/personal than going through my local bank. I'm not one that normally takes the time to write detailed reviews nor to note employees full names, but this team deserves the recognition. Thanks Century Automotive Team! More

Great customer service and MUCH better than BMW Nashville I had a pretty bad experience with BMW in Nashville - they hid added prices until the end, weren't forward with information, and calculated taxes in e I had a pretty bad experience with BMW in Nashville - they hid added prices until the end, weren't forward with information, and calculated taxes in excess of over $1000 than what they should have been (I'm a numbers cruncher), as well as charged an extra $150 for title transfer which only costs $16.50. So, believe me, when I say, I was a little hesitant to drive all the way to Huntsville in order to look at a car. But, Century Automotive did an amazing job. They treated me like a legitimate customer, were completely upfront about all costs and not pushy. It was a great experience. Chase did a great job of not being Salesy and actually having the answers to my questions - and when he didn't know the answer, he said so, and immediately took to get the answer. I'm not going to lie, when we get another car for my wife, we'll probably drive all the way down there (1.5 hour drive for us) just to deal with. More
