Initially I felt as though I had absolutely no business being there. We hadn’t been on the lot but a few minutes when Malcom walked out to greet us. His demeanor is very calm and friendly. He listened to our situation and asked us pertinent questions relevant to our needs. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable of his inventory. After allowing us to test drive several vehicles, giving us time to deliberate the pros and cons we settled on a car that was within my sons price range with features we both are impressed with.
