After dealing with several people from the dealership texting me, I gave them my VIN number for my trade in as well as the payoff amount. Once they had that information, they knew full well that they wouldn't be able to get me into the car that I was looking at. Yet, they still asked that I remove that credit freeze on my reports to check my credit. They said that they would be able to help and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, they brought the disgusting undetailed car out and then proceeded to tell me that there was no way to get me approved without a very large down payment. A total waste of my time and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit reports that will stay on for years. I think they get bored and like to jerk around people for their own amusement. Stay far away from this dealership. More
They are very good liars. Went here with my brother this weekend ready to buy a car. They were charging $5000 over sticker price for “shortage fees”. What?!? So an already overpriced $32,000 car was going to be $37,000. Went down the street to Hyundai where everyone was nicer from the start and no extra fees were being charged. 10/10 would not recommend century 3 kia. He left super happy with a new car from #1 Cochran. More
Where do I begin? First off the car had over 600 miles on it not the 10 listed in the add. Second the dealer wanted to add $2000 on top of the price listed. Third they don't tell you they are charging a prem it not the 10 listed in the add. Second the dealer wanted to add $2000 on top of the price listed. Third they don't tell you they are charging a premium because there is a lack of new vehicles to choose from. Third when I told them I would be going to the nearby Nissan dealership they acted like they could care less. I should be thanking them because in the end I ended up buying a 2021 Nissan Kicks at sticker price without any added charges. The Kicks is also more stylish and has many more safety features than the Kia Soul. Over three weeks later and they still have the Kia. More

It’s been a few years since I went car shopping so wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. Stopped out at a few store before them and either the other stores didn’t have any cars, pushy sales people and the last one I went to not one person even greeted me!!!! At Century 3 I was immediately greeted by Troy and he introduced me to the Manager Josh and honestly it was just a really comfortable buying experience. Troy answered all of my questions which I had a lot of them, hahahaha but he was honestly really knowledgeable when it came to not only Kia’s but other brands as well that I was comparing them too. Long story short, everyone I interacted with was A+, LOVEEEEE my new Sportage and will definitely stop back for service, not to mention my next car purchase. More
