He and his sales manager Kenny were very courteous and professional with their followup during the week after the appointment and made us an offer we couldn't refuse on the Passat R-line we wanted. On the night we went to close the deal, he came in on his day off although his girlfriend was visiting from out of town. Talk about being dedicated to your customers! The finance guy AJ was also very pleasant and professional. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car!
