Brock who worked his backside off going to the hospital where my wife was a patient two times. He was so nice and calm during five hours to get all of the papers signed. On top of everything he had to split the commission with Tommy. Tommy was equally pleasant and started the whole process but had to stop in the middle so I could bring some paperwork in.
