Took my car in to Central Valley Volkswagen Hyundai on 9/13/21 for recalls and warranty on a previous fix. The service advisor (Mitchal Donahue) let me know that i had to pay for inspections that i did no 9/13/21 for recalls and warranty on a previous fix. The service advisor (Mitchal Donahue) let me know that i had to pay for inspections that i did not consent to and while this is happening he gets angry because i refused to pay for something didn’t agree to. I felt disrespected when he started to raise his voice in-front of all the people their present. I talked to his manager and he apologized for his worker. People like that shouldn't be working for a company that is known for a good reputation and customer service. Please follow up with this report and let me know how this was handled. More
