Modesto: central valley hyundai Im in for oil change and im the first one in. There are 15 people who have gone home before me, when my car hasn't even been touched. Whenever i need to make an appointment online, they never have any time open. Unless i make an appointment month before and get a day off from work. Its been 3.5 hrs, still not done. What kind of oil change takes 4hrs. Didn't even wash my car. So much for complementary wash! What is an express oil change? I paid for full synthetic but i got express oil change. Mechanic didn't even put paper in my car on carpet. And i saw him driving reckless when going to park my car. Is it another way of making money on getting new tires and wear tear.
