However, he got a different Charger in stock earlier than expected in a different color, he thought I might like it so he sent me pictures and we fell in love with it. When we got there he had the most pleasant personality- was calm, informative and knowledgeable. He preapproved me prior to going into dealership and this made the process very efficient and smooth. Who are these people? they must be unicorns. I'm not even kidding. Allow me to explain why ! For the most part I've never really been a fan of dealerships or dealers ( they must be unicorns. I'm not even kidding. Allow me to explain why ! For the most part I've never really been a fan of dealerships or dealers (too long of a story!) until I came across this one. I called from the Los Angeles area inquiring about a car my better half wanted, because I saw it was only in stock at this location in Modesto. I texted back and forth with one of the salesman and a couple of days later Vance followed up with us. We spoke on the phone quite a few times, and he was genuine, warm and transparent, a pretty rare combo! He went out of his way to get us a deal we were both happy with. Stephanie helped me coordinate everything, she was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and she kept me updated every step of the way! A true delight :) Mustafa in finance was absolutely wonderful, and big shout out to a Larry and Ed who made the long drive to deliver the car to us. Wow! The whole team was a dream! Honestly if it wasn't for the outstanding customer service we would not have purchased the car. We weren't in any rush, and we felt it really had to be the right deal at the right time. These guys overextended themselves to us, so they left us with no choice but to get the car! Vance asked what I'd rate the service between 1-10 and I told him 11!!! I mean that. This dealership is one of a kind, it's a testament to the stellar leadership they must have that trickles down to the whole team. Look at the end of the day, it's a business and they need to also make ends meet + make a profit. But I can tell you they don't do anything unsavory at the expense of the customer.
