I dealt with Mr. Albee only. Contacted him randomly when I called CMT to price a RAV4 hybrid plugin. 2021. We made an appointment to visit two days later. Mr. Albee developed rapport easily. He has followed up with a couple of questions, one concerning the new plug in feature. He coordinated with his manager on price and other follow up details. The sales price was competitive with other dealerships in Maine. Mr. Albee followed up after the weekend with the financing arrangements I had made with my credit union. Communications were routine, and easy to follow. Mr. Albee accompanied me on a test drive as part of the sales meeting. He was helpful in orienting me with the various features of the new RAV4. He even synced my cell phone with the audio in the new car. I chose to purchase my new car at CMT, where my previous experiences with both their service department and sales department had been very user friendly, [compared with other dealerships]. Mr. Albee's work with me continued to reinforce my prior experiences at CMT. I contacted with Bob by email when I was looking for a used car.
