I put in a request online to get the value of my previous vehicle. Bob reached out to me and I was up front and honest and told him I was unsure of whether or not I wanted to trade. I gave him an idea of wha vehicle. Bob reached out to me and I was up front and honest and told him I was unsure of whether or not I wanted to trade. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for. He would periodically text me and see where I was at with my decision. Definitely not pushy at all! I told him I appreciated that, because with me personally that would tend to push me away. I went in for an appraisal yesterday and I felt from the time I walked in until even today, that Bob was looking out for me and had my best interest at heart. I know in his line of work that the ultimate goal is to sell a vehicle, but he never made me feel like that was his only goal. I would recommend any of my friends or family to reach out to Bob the next time they are in the market for a vehicle. He is a great asset to the Central Maine Toyota family! I always come to Central Maine Toyota because I know what to expect and this time it was way beyond my expectations. I let Bob know what I was looking for in a vehicle.
