Excellent service Marty was very knowledgeable. He showed us around for the choices available for the RAV4 2015. He explained the differences between the various types. Marty was very knowledgeable. When the color I wanted of the Limited was not available, he searched in other dealerships and found one, and it was delivered to the local dealership in two business days. When I had a question about the Navigation system update, he promptly answered with a reassuring response. The staff were all accommodating and respectful. I just wish their coffeemaker was one of those machines with single serve cups like Keurig or Tassimo, for those of us waiting for paperwork, instead of the regular coffeemaker, which, if not regularly used, can result to a stale and cold coffee. More
