I put in a request online to get the value of my previous vehicle. Bob reached out to me and I was up front and honest and told him I was unsure of whether or not I wanted to trade. He would periodically text me and see where I was at with my decision. Definitely not pushy at all! I told him I appreciated that, because with me personally that would tend to push me away. I went in for an appraisal yesterday and I felt from the time I walked in until even today, that Bob was looking out for me and had my best interest at heart. I know in his line of work that the ultimate goal is to sell a vehicle, but he never made me feel like that was his only goal.
