Exceptional My husband and I have purchased many cars/trucks from Central Maine Toyota and every time the experience has been excellent. I was looking at Rav4 and My husband and I have purchased many cars/trucks from Central Maine Toyota and every time the experience has been excellent. I was looking at Rav4 and found just the one I wanted, I knew what I wanted to pay for a payment what I was not sure was if I was going to purchase or lease, something I had never done in the past. I called and asked what the bottom line price would be if I purchased it and what it would be if I leased, Phil Roy took great care of me, he got the information called me back and I then went down a few nights later to test drive. When I got there the one I wanted was gone, Sure they had many others but I wanted the one I picked. Bob (in finance) came out and talked to me and said he was sure he could get it back so I left he worked on it and 2 day's later I was picking up my new Rav4 Unlimited. I went with the lease and the experience so far has been great. I love this Rav4 and am pretty sure I will buy it when the lease is up. Cmt did have the truck I was interested in but wasn't sure in getting it, until I sat down with josh. He made the experience fun and joyful, which was nice after being furious from the last dealer. He knew what I wanted and where I had to be to get a deal done. Took some talkI got but we got there and the short of it was I drive home in a sweet '14 tundra. The wife has got 2 cars there in the past but this was MY first buy there being a Chevy guy and I can say I'll always stop there first going forward when I decide to buy n see what they have n can do. More
