Matt addressed either me or both myself and my husband when answering questions. It was nice to not feel ignored. I never felt pressured into buying a vehicle- which I was afraid of going in. Matt was able to get a price for a new 2020 Toyota that fit my car criteria as well as budget. I was a first time car buyer and Matt made the process super easy.
