Don’t expect good service if your car you bought here is older than ten years old. I’ve been abandoned and told they can not fix my 16 year old Yaris. Think Toyota does not want to work on their cars older than ten years old. Mine is a gem and has been well maintained. Don’t believe what they are telling me. I am not an idiot. I know cars. More

We cannot begin to express our concerns about the 32 day turnaround time before our vehicle was even looked at! Was sold a new car with (knowingly on their behalf) defective and dangerous tires, had 3 different appointments to change 1 tire. Currently sitting in the waiting area for 2 hours and 20 minutes, to ch defective and dangerous tires, had 3 different appointments to change 1 tire.
