My sales rep Ben Plaisted found plenty of options in both the vehicle I wanted/needed and the financing to secure the purchase. I was allowed to test each one out on my own and get the feel of it, and properly evaluate each SUV. Not only was each well-serviced, the one I purchased was in showroom condition. He even came in on his day off to make sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted, and found me by far the best financing option in the process. They also have an excellent service department, which has handled the recalls on a vehicle I didn't even purchase from them with the utmost care. Check here first before you buy any vehicle. Oh, and they had the best price around. More

Not sure what happened. We bought two cars there in 2016. A 2016 Fiat 500X Trekking and a 2010 Infiniti EX35. We have tried to have all service taken care of there. We grew t We bought two cars there in 2016. A 2016 Fiat 500X Trekking and a 2010 Infiniti EX35. We have tried to have all service taken care of there. We grew tired of the near-constant mechanical sues with the Fiat and sought to trade it in in 2018. The Infiniti, still running great, was getting up in mileage (92000) so we decided to trade both cars in. They offered us $10,000 on a trade for the Fiat toward a $23,000 car, and only $6,000 trade in on the Infiniti (which had an average trade in of $11,700) toward a $26,000 car. Obviously, we declined to trade. Purchased at Powers, where we were allowed $12,000 for the Fiat on a trade for a $17,000 car, and $10,800 on the Infiniti for a $15,000 car. We liked the service at Central Maine Chrysler, we we decided to continue having the new cars serviced there. Until last week. The first time we took the Nissan Altima in for an oil change and to freshen the sticker, we were charged.. $150.66 cents for synthetic oil and filter. The same oil change for cars we had bought and serviced there was always $84.00. Not sure if this is a policy for cars bought elsewhere and do not much care. They have seen the last of us. More
