First time purchase from this auto group Purchased my last two vehicles at charlies motor mall. Did so because they have good service. I have never had a pleasant sales experience there. My experience at central maine was better than charlies from start to finish . I chatted on line with 2 women ,both e mailed me back multiple times encouraging me to come in. My salesperson Lance was very helpful and knowledgeable. If he did not know the answer he went and found out.. The first offer of a deal was a descent first offer. Charlies was a low ball offer that insulted me. I had a good experience and will definitely come back when it is time to trade More

Me and my fiance just moved halfway across The country and ended up totaling out our car We then went and bought a 2014 Jeep Compass from them that lasted 32 days before the rear end was gone, the transmission was gone, and we were having motor issues only to be told by them that there was nothing that they could do that they could give us a 20% off on parts and laughed at us. We will not ever go here again in our life and hope that all others stay far away!! More
