Excellent and professional Service My wife and I have been searching for a new or used GMC Acadia for over a year. We were not in a hurry to trade and was waiting to find a white or bla My wife and I have been searching for a new or used GMC Acadia for over a year. We were not in a hurry to trade and was waiting to find a white or black GMC Acadia with black leather interior and third row seats. As time allowed we would search on line occasionally and when locating vehicles of interest we would follow up with a call or email. Several dealers had called us back with information on similar vehicles, but none had exactly what my wife was looking for. In January 2016 we received a call from John Saporita of Central Maine Motors. The vehicle he had contacted us was not what my wife wanted. During the following eight months some of the dealerships must of tagged us as tire kickers and not serious about purchasing. However Jon continued to contact us every few weeks, every time he had a vehicle close to what we wanted. However on August 18th needless to say Jon had exactly what we wanted, a white Acadia with third row seats and black leather interior. We made an appointment to see the vehicle on August 19, 2016. We arrived and met with Jon. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The vehicle was just what my wife wanted and all the paperwork was completed. The vehicle had only arrived at the dealership the day before and everyone at the dealership when over and above rushing the vehicle through the shop to ready for us as we lived out of town. During the time we were waiting, Jon assisted several other customers however we felt like we were important to Jon as he continued to stop in to advise us of the progress on our new vehicle. During the wait Jon found time to drop us off for lunch and pick us up, fill our new car with gas. Jon gave me a baseball cap and my wife a rose. I wish I had the time and space to write everything Jon Saporita (Sales Associate), Marc Wolman (Computer Tech), and Chuck Gallagher (Finance Mgr.) did for us as it made a process that can be very stressful into a great experiences.
