2 years in the making! Two years we took to make a decision, we had several approvals throughout the process, but nothing seemed right. False Advertising on Website, rude and dismissive AFTER Sale *UPDATE* Dealership agreed to address the issue in a manner that was satisfactory. Car was NOT advertised as a Wholesale. We made an appointment f *UPDATE* Dealership agreed to address the issue in a manner that was satisfactory. Car was NOT advertised as a Wholesale. We made an appointment for test drive (still not being told car was "as is"), we were informed only after arriving at Dealership. Mr. Bradley disclosed a few issues, but we were not made aware of all of them. We fixed the known issues at our cost, but when called to inform them of the unknown issues, we were met with dismissive and rude behavior. Mr. Bradley was not helpful, or sensitive to the customer's needs at all. A satisfactory resolution would be for Central Maine Motors to fix undisclosed issue at Dealer's cost. The photo on website was a stock photo (which falsely advertised the design of the car), it also never said anything about being wholesale and claimed a list of the pre-added features (one of them is the part not working), again false advertising. Mr. Bradley claimed "transparency" but was all too willing to take our savings and run, we believe he never had any intentions of being transparent and was all big talk only while the check was being signed. After he had our hard earned money, we were of no use to him anymore. We will NEVER do business with Central Maine Motors again and we will make sure our Family and Friends know NOT to go to them for any of their motor vehicle needs. We will also be filing a report to the BBB and failing a claim with the Maine Lemon Law. More

A new vehicle was at the point of necessity, I desperately needed a safer more reliable vehicle especially as a commuter to school and dealing with Maine winter road conditions! I have little to no automotive knowledge and as a female felt very vulnerable trying to just walk onto a lot and buy a car! I drove onto the lot just looking at what I might want I parked at the very back hoping not to be spotted, yet I was and I am very glad! Mike L. greeted me, was incredibly friendly and nonjudgmental, I was taken seriously and he was extremely informative and I felt very well advised he showed me a few cars and took all of my needs and wants into consideration and was devoted and attentive to me as a customer even though I felt like I would be viewed as a dead end customer but the efficiency and genuine concern for my concerns as a customer was very comforting and I Learned so much through the experience I walked off the lot a couple hours later with a 2016 Jeep Renegade, by far the best purchase of my life thus far! Spending money a s a college student is always difficult but with Mikes exceptional service and advising and his go the extra mile attitude, he made it happen for me! I have no doubts that I made the best possible choice with my new vehicle I am in love! I couldn't have asked for an easier or more comfortable experience! As a very indecisive person with a lot of anxiety I planned on taking months to find a new car and having to travel and visit many dealerships to try and find one willing to work with me! I felt that all my questions were answered with honesty and my best interests in mind! The entire staff was welcoming and supportive I would highly recommend Central Maine Motors to anyone and everyone! More
