Great Family Business I have been doing business with Central Maine since 2007 My first experience was the kicker that kept me coming back. We had a 2005 Dodge Magnum, her I have been doing business with Central Maine since 2007 My first experience was the kicker that kept me coming back. We had a 2005 Dodge Magnum, here from Florida to assist my daughter with her cancer treatments. I had both tail lights out and was concerned about getting rear ended. I stopped in at Central Maine and thy took us right into the service dept. while they were figuring out the issue, which turned out to be a fusable link under the passengers seat, I chatted with the service people and explained we were here to help my daughter with terminal brain cancer. They were very sympathetic and caring. When they finished my car and brought it out, I asked how much I owed, and they said I was all set. They said if I needed anything else while we were here, they would take care of us reasonably. I have been going there ever since. Great dealership, great service, and on my 3rd truck with them. dismissed any concerns i had I asked for a tire rotation as per the owners manual ( the rearward cross ) I had drew a simple picture. the woman service advisor would not even ackn I asked for a tire rotation as per the owners manual ( the rearward cross ) I had drew a simple picture. the woman service advisor would not even acknowledge my concern. when I got the van back the tire rotation was done differently than prescribed in the owners manual. I know because I marked the tires. the answer I got was , that's how we always do it! it looks like this person Heidi knows better than the engineers who designed the vehicle. they claim to set the tire psi all tires were the same psi when the rear tires should be 3 psi higher. lastly I was charged for 6 quarts of very expensive motor oil the owners manual states a max of 5.5 quarts with a filter change I'm very unhappy, just take a little pride in your work and better customer interaction would go along way. my opinion Heidi ! More
