Steve knew the product inside and out and was incredibly knowledgeable when I had questions regarding technical info about my 2016 jeep wrangler unlimited willys wheeler as well as the 2015 dodge dart which I purchased last year. He knew exactly what I was looking for in my jeep and dart and was able to provide a very fair price for both. CMM was great, they filled my gas tank, detailed my jeep, did not charge me documentation fees, and even gave me a rose for my fiance. I would highly recommend going to CMM and working with Steve Baird. I did not feel pressured at all while I was working with Steve. He was genuine, honest and made my experience at CMM great. Great experience at this dealership and Jeff Warren I would like to thank Jeff Warren for a great low pressure purchasing experience of my 2016 RAM Laramie 1500 EcoDiesel. I chose this dealership and J I would like to thank Jeff Warren for a great low pressure purchasing experience of my 2016 RAM Laramie 1500 EcoDiesel. I chose this dealership and Jeff because he helped my son buy his 2012 RAM Outdoorsman and that was also a great experience. I live 2 1/2 hours away from this dealership but travel to the area occasionally. Both Jeff Warren and Jeff Carter made time for my wife and I to meet with them even at closing time to build and order my truck. I had lots of questions and ideas about what I wanted to build and it took some time but I was able to get exactly what I wanted. That meant a lot to us that they were willing to go the extra mile to help us out. Bob Baker in parts was excellent working with me to order all of the accessories I wanted and the service department did an excellent job with the installation of them. The finance dept. was as equally accommodating. My only issue is that I wish I had known more about the factory extended warranty before ordering the truck. I would like to have been able to purchase the lifetime warranty with my truck. Overall it was a great experience, Thanks to all involved and when it is time for another new vehicle Jeff Warren will be the first call. Thanks to all! More
