The worst experience I've had. We had our 3 year old with us, and this is the third time he's gone with us to buy a vehicle. We were there at 9 AM and weren't done everything until 4:30 PM. Why does it take us, and this is the third time he's gone with us to buy a vehicle. We were there at 9 AM and weren't done everything until 4:30 PM. Why does it take that long? Because they low ball you almost to the point of slapping you in the face on your trade in and then explain that's its junk basically. When you say no, they ask where you need to be. You tell them. After however long they come back to meet you half way on just the trade in. You say no. Again they ask where do you need to be. Again you tell them. And so forth and so on until you finally get where you want. Then it takes an hour to clean it. But wait it wasn't done good enough says salesman so back it goes again. Do paperwork and oh they didn't fill up tires so back in it goes again. As we were there we saw bratty kids get balloons, no one offered one to my son. All he was offered for entertainment was the sound proof room about the size of a closet out back to go. Salesman and finance guys are eating lunch and getting their girl scout cookies. We waited and waited. More
