They lost my business by repeated delays and hassles. They snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. The finance manager did not stay on top of things. The consequence was that 2 weeks after taking delivery of the vehicle, they call and tell me I have to sign a new contract, the bank won't fund the contract. After much delay, the new contract gets signed and then Kia Motor Finance waits 2 weeks to tell me they need more information to process my application. I gave them their car back, and I am going to a REAL dealership this time. More
