Everything went really well. The only issue I have is I was never notified of my replacement radio arriving. I had to call about 3-4 times kept getting transferred, until finally I was told my radio was in the shop and needed to call and schedule my appointment to replace the old radio. After scheduling my appointment I got another call the following week saying I needed to make my appointment after already having an appointment scheduled. Would be nice if staff confirms if an appointment has been made or not before calling. More
