Iam the owner of a 2014 Nissa Senter. On Saturday 6/25/22, I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appt. at 8:30. After waiting for several hours, I decided to call spoke with Alex Rodrig On Saturday 6/25/22, I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appt. at 8:30. After waiting for several hours, I decided to call spoke with Alex Rodriguez at 2;05 p.m. not knowing he had left for the day due to a family emergency. Alex stated he left one of his co-workers in charge. I called again on Monday 6/27/22, and no one called me about any update. I called T 12:30 p.m. after being put on hold, and then having the phone hung up in my face. At 3:25p.m. I spoke with someone named James. He said the car was still being looked at. I've called several times today Tuesday 6/28/22 and was intentionally hung up on. I called again spoke with Jigo at 12:00 he stated that my car would be ready today Tuesday 6/28/22 before closing. Never heard from anyone. Wednesday 6/29/22 will be 4 days been without my vehicle. Your service department states "When you choose this dealership, you choose a lifelong partnership with your dealer. We are committed to helping you find the right vehicle for you as well as preserving the performance, safety, reliability, and long-term value of your vehicle purchase. You can count on this dealership for an opulent service experience from the moment you enter our showroom. That's not the experience I received. Was told I could get the Truck with 0 down. When I got there I was told because my credit is less than perfect I would have to have at least a third of the total cost and payments would be at l When I got there I was told because my credit is less than perfect I would have to have at least a third of the total cost and payments would be at least 900. A month. The truck may be worth that to someone else but not to me. I will not be coming back will not recommend either. More

I had the worst experience with this dealership. Their BBB rating is awful. BBB has a red-letter warning about this dealership for deceptive practices dating back to 2017. I found a car online with them and went in based on the price. I sat in the dealership for a bit over 4 hours! Price of car and amount I VERBALLY agreed to finance were grossly inflated on sales contract. I was rushed through signing with ZERO explanations of added fees etc. Unfortunately, I didn't catch it. Now I have a 2016 car that is costing me over $44,000. I'm a single mom of four and this is breaking me. So shameful that a dealership can't be trusted and is taking advantage of people. This doesn't even begin to describe the calls, emails, and promises for free oil changes and paint chip repairs that were NOT honored. More
