I'm giving one star because I am not allowed to get zero. I was shopping online for a Nissan rogue platinum. Someone calls me immediately and tells me that the car I'm interested in won't arrive Until next week, but there is one in another color available for me to test drive. This is later in the evening, and I know they close at nine, so I hurried over to take the test drive. I waste almost 10 minutes wandering around before I approach the manager office only to be cut off by someone who said he'd be with me in a minute. Fine. Come to find out that the car I want actually won't arrive until mid September, but there is not actually not another one in a different color for me to drive. A manager, I think his name is Marco, apologized for the short staffing and offered to help me personally. I begin to think things are looking up. He tells me there is a rogue platinum with a few miles on it and would that be OK for me to test drive. I said yes. He left to get it. 20 minutes later still no sign of him. In total, I spent about an hour at this dealership and absolutely nothing happened except lies and horrible service. More

Update to last review. My new mechanic said there was no gas in my car to test. I did not need my fuel pump replaced. You all are crooks. My car is now running perfectly fine after $480 service. Not the $2700 fuel replacement you tried to sell me. I have filed a BBB complaint as well. More

I called it was almost closing time I spoke to salesman named Juan the internet price was $28,199 I wasn’t going to haggle with price asked him to send me all paperwork and carfax in the morning and I would pay outright with a wire transfer. Next morning Juan is sending me carfax and they are doing the paperwork. Sales manager didn’t get his name called me said price is $30,977 now. I tried to talk to him about price that was in internet at 9:00 pm night before, his arrogance and rudeness was horrible told me I don’t have to buy from them and that he can sell his cars for whatever he likes. I told him I would wire them the $28,199 which was the price when I found the vehicle online at 8:;5 the night before he refused. Absolute terrible experience with this dealership. The arrogance and rudeness is unacceptable. I am currently trying to find out who is over this dealership to file a complaint. I have bought many cars from different dealerships this way and have never had a experience like I had with this dealership. I hope if anyone reads this they choose somewhere else to go. I did find another find another vehicle at another dealership comparable to the theirs and was a no haggle experience with the other dealership. Juan the salesman was great and I appreciate him staying a little late to get all my info and what I needed from them as well as sending me info I wanted first thing the next morning. But as far as the sales manager he should be let go if he treats potential customers this way. This was a cash sale no financing I was simply going to wire them the funds along with signed documents the very next day. More
They had a good price online and then tried to sneak in a $5,995 inspection/prep fee AND a $4,995 market adjustment. So the car became like $10k more than the original price shown online. Once I got there the price of the USED car had increased by 12k. “Market Adjustment.” I can show text where this dealership told me final price with ttl was 10k less than the price (which I took a picture of while sitting in the sales office). I have tried to give management an opportunity to resolve but they are refusing. They won’t respond here either or attempt to refute my claims because they are practicing out right fraud. More
