If customer satisfaction matters, then you might reconsider doing business with Houston Central Nissan. Their aim is to make a sale even if it will hurt the customer badly. I went there recently window shopping and as if I was hypnotized, I traded in my vehicle for another from this dealer I later found the price was over inflated and without the car history being revealed. I discovered that a car that was listed on their website for $29k was sold to me at $35k plus other charges. They added stuffs like Houston Central prep $5,995, market adjustment $4,995 and so many other things that ballooned the total cost for the vehicle to almost $51k. Paying such an amount for a 2019 Cadillac XT4 with 35K miles is a total rip off. The Carfax also showed that the vehicle had a prior accident that was not disclosed during the transactions. They lied to me my credit was good for a better rate, but I later discovered a high interest rate of over 16.51%. I tried returning the vehicle the next day after determining that I was ripped off, but they refused to take it back. I tried to resolve this to the extent of speaking with the CEO but to no avail. So, I left the car in their showroom anyway, but guess what? They drove it back to my driveway without any notification till now. I instructed the financing institution not to make the payment, but they erased part of the contract I signed and got another bank to fund the payment. I have instructed my attorney to take them on but would like to warn potential customers, especially inexperienced buyers. This dealer will stop at nothing to sell you a vehicle that you may live the rest of your life paying for. I feel robbed by this dealer. Please, don’t be deceived by the 5 stars ratings you see. First off I wanna say I love the truck but my sale guy John Bradley and the used car department are dishonest. Awful dealership. Don’t waste your time or money here. This cars doors wouldn’t even unlock and the key was being held together by scotch tape. The car was advertised at $27k and on the lot for 90 days. Not only would they not work with me on the last day of the month, they wouldn’t even sell me the car at the price listed. Over the phone they told me they’d get within $1k of CarMax’s offer on my trade in ($21k), but when I got there they offered me $16k. Don’t do business with a shady dealership like Central Houston Nissan. Their goal is to screw you over as many ways as possible. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever attempted to do business with. Anyone that left a 5 star review was either ok with getting screwed or didn’t realize it and got taken advantage of. Stay far away More

Should have checked online first - but what everyone else is saying is true: The online price is a lie. The add a $5995 "care? package" with gps, coating, who cares what else AND a $6995 "market adjustment is saying is true: The online price is a lie. I came in down payment in pocket, financed and ready to buy - I walked right out after seeing the 13k increase. Quit wasting our time!! More
