I called the following week and asked if my vehicle would be ready vehicle for a week or so I was given a rental that was covered under my warranty. I called the following week and asked if my vehicle would be ready because I had a flight out of state they told me it should be ready by Wed my flight was Thursday morning we’ll my vehicle wasn’t ready until Friday. I gave them advanced notice of flight and I wouldn’t be back until Sunday. Nissan wouldn’t cover the two days of the rental when the knew I wouldn’t be back until Sunday and they had my vehicle around two weeks prior. It’s safe to say I won’t be dying any business there again More
I had a lease for a 2022 Nissan Frontier and changed it to a 2023 Leaf at Central Houston Nissan on 11/23/2022. I was told I didn’t have to make any more payments for the Frontier, but my previous account to a 2023 Leaf at Central Houston Nissan on 11/23/2022. I was told I didn’t have to make any more payments for the Frontier, but my previous account of the Frontier was in auto-payment and the payment went through on 11/29/2022 of $389.99. On 12/23/2022 I also had to pay the lease of the new Leaf of $455.99. Nissan sent me a check for $184.96 in mid-December. In regards to the auto-payment that I didn't have to pay, I asked Nissan Finance for a refund of $205.03. I was informed that the account had already been closed and I should contact Central Houston Nissan. On 2/1/2023, I visited Central Houston Nissan and was told that they could not help me. I also had a problem with the car salesman at Central Houston Nissan, Kevin Chen. He assured me that if I got the Nissan Leaf (EV) I would be eligible for the new clean vehicle credit of $7,500. I did get the car because of this statement and had to pay an extra $1,000 to be able to lease this car. When I recently filed my taxes, I learned that I had no right for the tax credit. I lost a lot of money because of this lie and now I’m stuck with a car that already gave me a lot of financial loss. More
We were having issues with our car and booked an appointment for the next morning to get it fixed. The entire process, from booking the appointment to getting the car fixed could not have been easie appointment for the next morning to get it fixed. The entire process, from booking the appointment to getting the car fixed could not have been easier! It was such a smooth process especially with Alex Rodriguez available to help us out. We are not car people, but Alex was able to help us understand the issues and walk us through the steps needed to get it fixed. We were able to approve or disapprove any one fix and the final bill was 100% expected. I definitely recommend this service to anyone. Thank you for everything, Alex! More
This is the #1 dealership to STAY AWAY FROM! I bought a car last weekend and it was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The car I wanted was listed on Central Houston Nissan's website I bought a car last weekend and it was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The car I wanted was listed on Central Houston Nissan's website for $26,900. The sticker on the window said $26,900. The salesmen (Ty and Jonathan) each told me the car was really $31,500 because of manufacture upgrades, and wouldn't consider lowering the cost to the actual advertised price. They told me I was an "unreasonable woman" and that I should "try to think logically." Their bait and switch sales tactics are dishonest, fraudulent and unethical. Even Ty and Jonathan agreed they could have listed the car's value differently. I have no doubt if I was a man, or had brought a man with me, I would have been treated very differently. I've already filed a complaint against Central Houston Nissan with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
Worst possible review for customer service! Not only bad customer service, but our safety was compromised. When confronted, they did nothing. They've lost long time customer!
