HELLO MY NAME IS KIMBERLY JEFFERSON I HAD SERVICE ON MY 2022 NISSAN PATHFINDER AT CENTRAL HOUSTON NISSAN. TOOK MY VEHICLE IN TO HAVE 4 NEW TIRES AND A WHEEL ALLIGMNET DONE. DERRIAN BROWN IS MY NEW SERV 2022 NISSAN PATHFINDER AT CENTRAL HOUSTON NISSAN. TOOK MY VEHICLE IN TO HAVE 4 NEW TIRES AND A WHEEL ALLIGMNET DONE. First, let's start with if only I had read the reviews before coming to this dealership, I wouldn't have wasted my time. And I advise that whoever is looking to purchase a vehicle to skip out on visiting before coming to this dealership, I wouldn't have wasted my time. And I advise that whoever is looking to purchase a vehicle to skip out on visiting this dealership. Trust, when I say you'll be doing yourself a favor. The feedback from this dealership to the negative reviews are comical and ingenious! All they're going to do is copy & paste and state "we would like to send your feedback to our upper management team" yea yea whatever that means. I'm here to tell you that their "upper management team" couldn't care less and HAS NOT reviewed a xxxx thing. Because like many others before me and I'm pretty sure after me, has and will continue to share the same bad experiences. Which I am quite sure is not a coincidence. THIS DEALERSHIP PRACTICES ARE NOT ETHICAL AND ARE IMMORAL! Like most of us, I am in the market for a vehicle. But like some of us, I refuse to allow any dealership to gouge me and fall for the foolishness. And let me tell you, this dealership is on some high-level octane foolishness. They refuse to honor their advertised price listed online because of what reasons, NONE! They will tell you a bunch of nonsense, in hopes of you being born yesterday. They also stated that all of the xx add-ons and services that they offered! Key word OFFERed! were on the car already and CAN NOT be removed some how! In addition, these add-ons and services are not a part of the listed pricing. And to pour salt on the wound, in the middle of war because that's what it feels like just trying to get a fair deal! Supposedly the car was SOLD! Can you image sitting for hours on in trying to work out a deal on a vehicle for the LISTED PRICE, only to get told that the car was sold! So unprofessional and in disregard of people's time. But that's not the worst of it, they lied about selling the car because minutes later they then tried to up sale me on the vehicle, stating if I could out bid the other guys' price then the car would be sold to me. That was the straw that broke the camel's back and I left. But the horror doesn't stop there, the next day the car was still listed on their website but now for at a EVEN LOWER PRICE! xxx! I couldn't believe what I was seeing! If you are in search of a great deal or even a good deal, I mean xxxx just a fair deal. This is not the dealership. They will do everything in their power to exploit you and take full advantage of you, in the cost of maximizing their profitability. That is their main GOAL and that's it! So in conclusion, STAY AWAY! PLEASE! More
My friends all had great experiences there for years. So I figured why not go and get a good experience as well. That was not the case. My saleswoman Tina was nice and friendly however, we went test driving. We stopped at a store she went in and came back with a Grape Four Loco. We thought it was a grape soda with no ice however maybe 30 mins later we learned differently. We test drove two vehicles then was offered our 2015 Rogue. We asked could we see it and they informed us it was being serviced and we could not see it that night but assured us it was good. I fought myself for paying for a vehicle that I didn’t see and test drove. Two days later TINA called stated she felt ill when it was time to come pick up the vehicle. The owner put brand new tires on the truck when we came to pick it up and got in our brand new vehicle the air blew but not as cold. We verbalized our concern and was told that it would get cooler. Today our tags came in and we asked to check the air again; so we got a diagnostic on the vehicle and was told the compressor was completely out, something was wrong with our shock suspension and all four brake linings. Mind you we’ve only had the vehicle a month. We did buy the car As IS however the only thing that was told once picking up the vehicle was that the driver back door had a dent in it. When asked to speak to the Manager he was like it’s AS IS from the front desk clerk. He never came and spoke to us. Today I learned two things. Trust my instinct ask a full detail of what is AS IS ( the precise details) and THAT CENTRAL NISSAN IS FULL OF xxxx!!! I won’t RECOMMEND THEM to a homeless needy person. More

This dealership is extremely disappointing. Now, a lot of this was my fault for being stupid and too trusting. In May, I purchased a car. We paid way too much for it after researching and co Now, a lot of this was my fault for being stupid and too trusting. In May, I purchased a car. We paid way too much for it after researching and contacting other dealerships that could have gotten us a better deal on the same car. That was my fault for not shopping around. While we were there, my husband saw a used car that he really wanted. It is a 2020 and only has 11,000 miles on it. Once again, we paid way too much for it. That was our fault. Less than two months later, my husband’s car ends up in the shop. There is a part that is burnt out on it that shouldn’t be burnt out on it after only 11,000 miles. The car has a warranty but (of course) this particular part isn’t covered. The dealership’s maintenance department (not Central Nissan. One closer to our home) told us to go back to the dealership and tell them what was going on and he said he would be willing to talk to anyone at Central Nissan and let them know that this was something they would have caught on inspection and that there is no way this damage happened in less than two months and this was something they would have known about before selling us the car. I contacted our salesman at Central Nissan. The one that sold us both cars. He said he agreed with us and would talk with his General Manager. The General Manager said they would not fix it. We spent over $100,000 in one week at this dealership. It would cost them probably around $1000 (because they could have done it at cost and not up charged the labor) to fix the issue and they refused. Instead, we have to pay almost $3000 to fix something broken on an overpriced car that has 12,000 miles only two months after purchase. Again, I know this is our fault for being too trusting and stupid. We should have shopped around because we definitely would have gotten better prices at other dealerships. Secondly, like they always say, don’t trust a used car salesman. All they care about is the sale and not the customer. We thought the car would be fine because it was still under warranty. And then, after spending over $100,000 at this dealership they didn’t want to repair a $1000 problem. Again, that is our fault for thinking that they actually cared. Of course, if we were to believe our salesman who said he is Sales Person of The Year, it’s the General Manager that doesn’t want to help us. He said he is on our side and agrees with us. (All of this is in text). To us, It’s not the money. It’s the principle. It’s bad business and bad customer service. My advice, don’t settle on what Central Nissan says. We could have saved a lot of money if we went elsewhere. Once you walk out that door and they have your money? Out of sight, out of mind. Don’t be stupid like I was. More
