BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Do not believe any "Final Price" you may see on their website for a pre-owned vehicle. Of course we all expect to pay taxes, title, license, and document fees in addition to the "Final may see on their website for a pre-owned vehicle. Of course we all expect to pay taxes, title, license, and document fees in addition to the "Final Price" listed on the internet, and that is disclosed on the website. However, what they do NOT disclose is that they will tack on a $3995 "Central Houston Prep Package fee" on top of the "Final Price" and then add your tax, title, license, and document fees. Absolute waste of time visiting this dealership as they play their stupid sales games of talking to the manager who then has to talk to his manager who then has to talk to his manager. Cris Ferante, one of the managers we spoke with during this charade of game playing, was condescending, deceitful, and unprofessional. He even had the audacity to tell us that some dealers in the area charge a $7,000 dealer prep fee when we balked at his $3995 fee. Excuse me, but who goes into a dealership expecting to pay a certain amount for a vehicle based on the internet price and then happily accepts that the price of the vehicle is now $3995 more than anticipated for some ridiculous dealer prep fee? While they were playing their "I have to talk to my manager" games, we called two other dealerships who had similar vehicles for similar prices who did NOT charge an absurd upcharge of $3995 to their internet pricing. Do yourself a favor and do NOT waste your time with this dealership and their unethical, unprofessional sales tactics. Go elsewhere where you will not be scammed. In all my years of buying pre-owned vehicles I have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. More

I confirmed several times that the vehicle was available, expressed my concerns about other reviews I’d read about these sales tactics, and was reassured that the vehicle was there, in stock, and available. Of course we arrive (myself, my daughter who was super eager for her first car-buying birthday experience, and my husband who took off work), and the car isn’t available - “it must have just come under contract - can we show you other similar cars?” In the last hour. Right. Waste of time, but I guess it was a blessing in disguise - definitely don’t want to do business with a group like this. More

Wasted valuable time to see a vehicle that probably wasn't even on their lot. Just a way to get you in the door. They want to sell you what they want not what you want to buy. This company knowingly charges minimum 3 to 4 thousand over advertised prices online. Process was slow with long wait times. I was given a defective vehicle that directly put my life in danger. I brought my concern to the service providers specifically Marcus Hicks. Marcus told me I shou defective vehicle that directly put my life in danger. I brought my concern to the service providers specifically Marcus Hicks. Marcus told me I should get my car appraised to sell it back to them if I had an issue, I just had it for a single day. He told me I couldn't get a properly functioning vehicle. I'm currently still driving the vehicle that put my life in jeopardy because it didn't almost kill them like it did me. So if you die because of a vehicle, know they don't care about your life. More
