I tried to discuss with service mgr but refused to listen just what someone told him . He proved this when him and I were at the car . The engine lack oil after replacement of engine gasket and was not refill before given back to customer . .the sound was loud .

You knowingly acknowledge and proceed to downplay my experience. The establishment can never and will never be remotely close to a 10 because you have to contain at least a grain of integrity which you lack wholely.
