Disappointed with the fact that the advertised price was not the price. $5,400 in dealer prep and add in’s. All part of the typical game dealerships play. The customer service is horrible from pulling in and waiting & waiting on a service rep to come out is simply poor customer service. Finally when a rep came out never introduce himself. A guy said he worked for Nissan & stated he was considered the Nissan police would like to address the problem. Really he was trying to sell me a car I told him I wasn’t interested he was done talking. I asked the cashier did she know his name she stated no but he try & sell all service customers cars. He said his name is Kevin KP really trying to sell me a car the Nissan police. I’m always waiting & waiting I guess it’s time to switch dealerships. New facility & horrible customer service. More

Called ahead to check availability on a car. They said the car was available and scheduled an appointment to test drive the car. I immediately drove 40 min to the dealership and was told that the car was the car was available and scheduled an appointment to test drive the car. I immediately drove 40 min to the dealership and was told that the car was sent to be auctioned and was not there. they then wanted to show me other cars that were available. They just wanted to get me into the dealership and try to sell me on another car. If you are going to look at a car from this place you should make them send you pictures from a personal phone to make sure it is really there. More

The maintenance light started coming on day 2 after I bought the car. They do not refund your money nor will they take the car back. They took it back to service to fix. Then when I left with the car the maintenance light came on again, which means they did not fix it. It is a shame that they even had this car to sell knowing it has a problem. I have not had this car for 3 days and I have to take it back again to the dealership. I am missing work because of a bad used car. I just asked for my down payment back and to cancel the contract. The bank has not even processed the loan yet. They only care about getting their commission. More

Their answer to one of the questions was affirmative to me. However, the answer to my other question prevented me from further pursuing the vehicle. I was informed that the interior color of the vehicle I had inquired about was black. Even though I am sure many people like (and maybe even some perhaps prefer) that color, I have a tendency to lean towards the lighter colors (both interior and exterior). Dishonest. Bait and Switch. If there was a negative star rating I would provide it. I corresponded with a "manager" for a week before arriving in Houston to look at a couple vehicles. I asked verbally and by text multiple times to provide me an "out the door" price and they could not. I figured something was up because it was a good deal (on the surface) and I went to the dealership anyway, against all of the other poor reviews that I had read about this dealership. Upon arrival, the car was nice the presentation was cool, but a $3,995 "dealer prep" package was added the the previously known price. They refused to budge from their price. I spoke to a manager, who showed me some 3-4 font sized language that states "they were protected" and I explained to him that is not the concern, my concerns was that this dealership is in the business to take advantage of people. Once I called them out, they became defensive, rude, and doing anything they could to make a deal, "today" without budging from the $4K prep package. Ridiculous. More
