I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle, because they told me I had to because of Covid. So, I go to the dealer at my appointed time and see the car I am supposed to test drive leaving the lot. I was told, oh he just walked in. But I have an appointment because you said I needed one? The car comes back, they guy says I'll take it, and they say, sorry, it's unfortunate. My wife and I have looked for a long time and finally found the car for us. And just like that they ignore my appointment have me drive over 30 minutes each way and say, oh well, sorry at least we get our sale. I am sick right now. More

My wife and I went driving looking for a truck later in the evening. Karl was fantastic even though the dealership was close to closing time he was patient and accommodating of all our requests and needs. the evening.
