With Marc, I did the whole deal over the phone and everything was the way they said it would be when I came in. No price changes, unwanted accessories that were added on, hidden fees, etc. I came in the dealership with my guard up but when I left, I realized that was completely unnecessary. I would recommend this dealership to Orlando residents or if you are looking for a Scion.
