Snowbird experience We are snowbirds and found ourselves in a precarious situation with our Prius. From day 1 when we brought our car in, I felt confortable with the Service Advisor (Edward Armas). Edward was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The service department had my car several days and rather than assume what the problem was, they did their due diligence first. One day Edward was out, so I spoke with the Service Manager (Steve Varela). Steve was great. He must have spoken with my wife and I over 1/2 hour. He brought us up to speed with what had happened so far and he answered all our questions. After the part was put in, the service department drove the car and everything checked out. They kept the car another day to double check. I was completely satisfied with my experience with Central Florida Toyota's service department and would recommend them. More

Great place like a mini mall inside You have like a mini theater where they play cool movies, all under pg13. Buying my 5th Car. We arrived at the dealership after 7 on a Friday night to work with Mark on a new Corolla. First of all, Mark stayed for us, we were suppose to be there at 5ish but we've been dealing with him online so he knew that we were comfortable with working with him so he stayed there for us...extremely professional. We went out to the lot with a couple of vehicles in mind that had 40,000 miles BUT he took me to a vehicle that had only 12,000 miles and basically gave us that car for the same amount we agreed on a higher mileage vehicle. The negotiating went great, they dealt with us. We met with Tony in Financing, again extremely professional and actually worked with us with a payment so we could have a full protection warranty on the vehicle. Seamless transition on everything, like the title said, this is my 5th car that I bought from Kissimmee/Central FL and when I buy another one, I know where we are going. Highly recommended and thank you CF Toyota!! More
