I know it's not, that's why you need to negotiate. But they completely have "0" knowledge about negotiations. Of course I left to other dealership lol, who knows how to talk the "price". When I left they start calling me about discount, lol. You had to do it while I was in the office not when I already sitting in another dealership; 2) Weird action of hiding the names, lol. When I talk to salesperson Edwin, came up other guy I guess was a manager, who also doesn't know how to speak/negotiate with a customers. So after I left I asked the Edwin what's was others guys name, he said he cannot tell me that. I told him, that I'm not even willing to negotiate the price if he hiding the names, he simply said ok. Lol, such a horrible sales acts. Not recommending this place! More
This is my 8th car from Toyota, and the reason why I always go back to them is because “CUSTOMER SERVICE” is always excellent. Last night Mr. Ed Pearson helped us and his customer service was on point, always go back to them is because “CUSTOMER SERVICE” is always excellent. Last night Mr. Ed Pearson helped us and his customer service was on point, very helpful, courteous, understanding, knowledgeable had answers for every question we asked. I give him an A++++. She is a trustworthy person and a person of integrity, which is rare in car service at a dealership. She is always kind, thoughtful, realistic, concerned, timely, responsive, humble and calm in her demeanor, willing to patiently answer any questions you have, and very good at explaining the issues with your car in layperson terms. She has been serving my family since I was about 5 years old (and I am now 28 years old). We can always count on her and have trusted her with our cars for over 20 years at Toyota. We recommend her to everyone we know that has a Toyota and tell family and friends to specifically ask for Cirri when they go to Central Florida Toyota. Not sure what we are going to do when she is no longer at Central Florida Toyota. To us, she is truly the face of Toyota! I was so excited to hear she received the employee award and got to travel to Japan. No one is more deserving of it than her! More

We tried contacting him numerous times by phone and email about correcting his error, and all of our attempts went unanswered. At the time of this review, the general manager has ignored our request for help as well. Central Florida Toyota Scion must think their customer service ends when the customer drives off of their lot. More

Next day Saturday I called Andres but he not received my call then I called Toyota number and asked about Andres and talk with him and make an appointment with him Sunday 5.30 But I reached over there 5 and receipsonist lady told me Andres is in Vacation.Then she called and introduced with sales manager Jose,I put compliment about Andres he replied it’s ok your issue we can not solve,Our duty only sell no any solve any talk with service section or or Toyota.com After that I put request to talk with director ,he told me you can not with office.you go through service or Toyota.com I guess he was angry with me.Then go back home Today morning I called to Toyota office for talk with director but the lady asked my number and after few moments she replied director Daniel today day off.So I had a bad luck I couldn’t reach with big boss.My issue is as it.I have questions about Andres,Service and Jose ,they push me to each other.
