Bad Service experience I brought my Toyota Highlander for Maintenance, it was having the yellow light on and the message need maintenance soon. The Oil was changed and the b I brought my Toyota Highlander for Maintenance, it was having the yellow light on and the message need maintenance soon. The Oil was changed and the battery was replaced (my car is under the 60,000 miles warranty), they charge me $237.00 which I paid. When I arrived home the light came back and I received an email with the bill attached, the total amount was $221.00 less than the amount I paid at the dealer. I called the service department and after more than a hour waiting the person who pickup the phone said he couldn't help me. I told him I wanted to talk to a Manager and he put me in hold for a while, then he told me that no Manager was available, so they will call me back, they never did. I called next day and finally I spoke with Sam, he was very helpful and resolved the issue with the amount differential so he gave a credit for next time visit. Thank you Sam for your help, I am very appreciate it. More
